How does the Lifetime license work?
The Lifetime Base license is a one-time payment of $50 that grants you perpetual rights to operate 1 custom booking domain and up to 10 internal staff seats with unlimited monthly appointments. There are no recurring monthly fees. If your business grows, you can purchase $50 capacity packs (+1 domain and +10 users) as needed.
What does 0% platform commission mean?
Stylacal does not take any percentage or application fee from your client bookings. You connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect, and client deposits settle directly into your bank account. You only pay standard Stripe card processing fees (e.g. 2.9% + 30¢ in the US).
How do multiple businesses stay isolated?
Every business profile inside your workspace is completely quarantined with its own booking address, customer records, staff notes, and connected Stripe account. If a staff member is assigned to two businesses, conflicts from Business A appear in Business B strictly as opaque, hatched "Unavailable" blocks—client names and appointment notes never leak across accounts.
What is your refund policy?
Direct purchases of the $50 Lifetime Base license and Annual subscriptions are covered by an unconditional 14-day refund guarantee. If you decide Stylacal isn't for you within 14 days, email billing@stylacal.com for a full refund. Capacity packs are non-refundable but remain preserved in your database.
