We believe in transparent, straightforward commercial terms. This policy details our 14-day refund window, how add-on capacity packs are handled, and the distinction between software licenses and client appointment fees.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Base Licenses
Direct purchases of the $50 Lifetime Base License and Annual Subscriptions (Standard, Pro, Enterprise) made on stylacal.com are backed by our unconditional 14-day refund window:
- If you decide Stylacal does not suit your operational requirements within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, email billing@stylacal.com from your Workspace Owner address.
- We will issue a 100% full refund directly to your original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your issuing bank.
2. Capacity Pack Add-On Rules
Capacity Packs ($50 one-time for +1 domain allowance and +10 internal staff seats) expand your Workspace quotas permanently. Under our approved commercial policy:
Pack Retention Guarantee: If you ever refund or terminate your base license, your purchased capacity packs are not deleted. Instead, they remain safely recorded in our database in an inactive state. If you repurchase an active base license for the same Workspace at any point in the future, all previously acquired capacity packs reactivate automatically.
3. Annual Subscription Renewals & Grace Periods
Annual subscriptions renew automatically on their annual billing anniversary. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your workspace billing dashboard:
- Cancellation Effect: When you cancel an annual subscription, your workspace remains fully active with all plan features until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Failed Payments & 7-Day Grace: If a renewal charge fails, your workspace enters a 7-day grace period. If unpaid after 7 days, the workspace automatically reverts to the Free Tier. Past customer records and appointment history are preserved in read-only mode, and new bookings are capped at 5 bookings per month.
4. Lifetime-to-Annual Conversion Rules
A Lifetime workspace owner may optionally convert their account to an Annual subscription to access advanced agency routing, white-labeling, and CRM features. Under Section 3 of the Terms:
- Conversion from Lifetime to Annual is strictly one-way.
- No refund, price adjustment, partial credit, or pro-rated offset is granted for the initial Lifetime purchase payment upon conversion.
5. Client Appointment Payments & Merchant Fees
Stylacal provides the scheduling software; we do not hold or manage customer appointment deposits.
- When clients pay deposits or booking fees, funds settle directly into your business's connected Stripe account.
- Stylacal takes 0% commission on appointment transactions.
- If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, any deposit refund must be initiated by you directly through your Stripe dashboard or via your policy terms. Stylacal has no custody of appointment funds and cannot issue refunds for end-client bookings.
